Where do the product materials come from?
✅ Stone material from Sekatak Buji Bulungan (Purchase at PT. Pipit Jaya Abadi – Siberuang)
✅ Sand material from local Tarakan
Can the price be lower, I will take a large volume?
✅ Net price is in accordance with the applicable price list
✅ The price listed includes tax.
✅ The price includes the manufacture of slump cubes & testing in our company laboratory (casting/ready mix)
Does the material load into the car correspond to its cubic capacity?
✅ For stone sales, the excavator bucket used is a load of 1 m3 (one cubic) per bucket.
✅ For batching plant scales, accuracy can be guaranteed because our batching plant is calibrated every year.
Are the ordered goods received on site or do we have to provide another car for self-collection?
✅ For ready mix concrete & bricks and pressed bricks, we accept them on site.
How do I know the cubic capacity & pump usage for my project?
✅ Before the sale and purchase transaction, the team will first conduct a survey at the location to find out the road access & use of the unit as well as the cubic capacity that will be used.
Can the ordered material still be changed?
✅ Order types & material delivery that have been paid for can be changed no later than 1 (one) day from the order material delivery.
Does the price include tax?
✅ The price given includes tax
Does the ready mix concrete ordered include cube sampling, slump & lab testing?
✅ The concrete ordered includes cube and slump sampling, as well as free cube testing at the PT. KIP lab.
