In producing readymix concrete and bricks in large quantities, a machine unit with technology that is capable of producing in large quantities, faster and has good quality is needed. Therefore, the factory built by PT. Krist Inti Perkasa is equipped with a batching plant machine unit that produces readymix concrete, with a production capacity of 30 m3/hour. Meanwhile, to produce bricks, PT. Krist Inti Perkasa is also equipped with a fully automatic brick molding machine unit, with a production capacity of 9,000 – 12,000 bricks per day. The factory was built on a land area of + 9,800 m2, which is located on Jalan Bhayangkara, Juwata Kerikil Village, North Tarakan District, Tarakan City.

Ready-mix concrete is fresh concrete that has not yet undergone a binding and hardening process. It is produced in a batching plant, with the addition of chemical admixtures, depending on the type of concrete ordered. It is then delivered to the site using a truck mixer. Ready-mix concrete is produced in the factory under the supervision of a computer operating system, to ensure that the ready-mix concrete arrives at the site in a plastic state. Meanwhile, concrete blocks are an alternative wall material that is inexpensive and relatively strong. Concrete blocks are made from a mixture of sand, cement, and water processed to standard sizes. Brick making is generally done manually. However, at the PT. Krist Inti Perkasa factory, they are made using machines.
